Where can I check the status of my order?
- Log into the Deepblu Shop
- Go to My Account > Account Info > Recent Orders
- Pending Payment: this order has not been paid yet and will not be shipped until paid
- Processing: This order was successfully paid and is being processed by our shipping team
- Shipped: This order has been shipped and an email including a tracking number has been sent to you
- Partially shipped: The shipment of this order has been split and not all units may arrive at the same time
- Canceled: This order has been canceled and will not be shipped
