Where can I check the status of my order?

  1. Log into the Deepblu Shop
  2. Go to My Account > Account Info > Recent Orders

Order status:

  • Pending Payment: this order has not been paid yet and will not be shipped until paid
  • Processing: This order was successfully paid and is being processed by our shipping team
  • Shipped: This order has been shipped and an email including a tracking number has been sent to you
  • Partially shipped: The shipment of this order has been split and not all units may arrive at the same time
  • Canceled: This order has been canceled and will not be shipped
